Been going to the classes for little over 3 weeks now and I am loving every minute. Instructors are amazing and very motivating in their workouts, by the end of the hour feels like no time has passed at all. The atmosphere is very welcoming, encouraging and keeps you coming back for more. Highly Recommend!
I signed up for trial classes here in Toronto, thinking I may not love it but to give it a go. When i got there for my first class I felt instantly comfortable and felt the staff was there for me in any way I needed. Amazing coaches who want to make sure you understand the moves and the classes before they send you off on your own. I am not a person that works out ever, and does not take any other fitness classes, this one is very fun and left feeling confident and empowered!
iLoveKickboxing Honestly it is one of the best hours of my day. The classes are simply enjoyful and the Trainers are amazing. All the Trainers have their own way of teaching you and they help you go at your own pace. I have so much fun at my classes and I have a great workout. I am a beginner and I have already learned so much.
My first class was AMAZING!! I had such a blast and even the parts I thought were hard, I pushed through and still had fun! THE STAFF IS GREAT AND MOTIVATE YOU!!!! Excited for my next class.
ILoveKickboxing Toronto West is amazing! If you’re hesitant because you have had injuries, are older, have a little more curves than the average gym member and haven’t really worked out in decades – DON’T. You get to meet amazing trainers who just want you to succeed with your goal, whatever that is, and other members are lovely and friendly. I really like just going it, focus on the workout after a stressful day, chat a bit during partner rounds, and then you are done and ready for another day
