Do not enter this office expecting anything good! Brian was my 'agent' and completely mishandled my auto claim. He was argumentative, ignorant and nearly cost me over $300.00 in excess fees. Unprofessional conduct, failing grasp of industry procedures, wrong information, and just plain bad. STAY AWAY.
Brian does not handle claims. All claims are handle by the companies I write for. They don't even let me get involve as it is a conflict of interest. I have no idea what this guy is talking about.
