Fantastic experience with Wigs R Us and their staff. Ask for Molanda because she was especially of great help and use. Very knowledgeable wit the wig displayed and with the ones that werent. I am very indecisive but she stuck by me helping me and answering all my inquires. All in all great experience and I love my new natural human hair. So I recommend this to anyone and everyone who is in need of a natural looking wig.
My first wig was good, lasted 2 years (with colour) $250.
second wig i bought in March 2018, paid $700, no colour, SHED in clumps,just in 1 MONTH1!!!I Sent a text letting Molinda know i was happy with her not the hair, 3 months ago!! no response. I was expecting better customer service. At least an exchange and return my wig back to manufacture as a defect. Shame on you!! I trusted you with my sensitive, vulnerable situation.
