I’m not happy with the customer service I just experienced. I walked into the store and within just a few minutes the salesperson said ‘There is someone in line waiting to come in’. I had no idea that there was only one person allowed in the store. I then asked her to help me with finding a few things. She was just rushing through it so she could get the next person to come in. I told her I really feel rushed and left. It’s my first time getting a puppy. I will not return to this store.

My dog has been happiest when groomed at Timmies

I was surprised to read of the unfortunate occurence described by the other reviewer. I have been bringing my standard poodle to Timmies (both locations) for 4 years and I have been extremely impresssed by the quality of care and grooming. My dog has never been rushed. She is always happy and relaxed when I pick her up. The cuts have been spectacular. Everyone at Timmies has a deep love of dogs and my dog pulls to go in when we walk by. I am taking my spoo back in.

DON'T GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE

Of all my experience, Timmies Dog Outfitters was the worst dog grooming experience I've had in the 15+ years I've had poodles. After she didn't finish the old dog's nails (I even expressed unhappiness when picking the dogs up, to have her acknowledged she didn't finish it because she could give the old dog the time and care he required) I ended up having to take my puppy to the vet because she cut him and it got infected. Needless to say, after getting their nails fixed elsewhere and the vet vet bill cleared, it was by far the most expensive grooming I've ever experienced!

Wow, this is the first time I heard about this situation. I take pride in making sure that we work with experienced and caring groomers to take care of our doggie clients at our shop. And in the 5+ years in the grooming business, I've never sent out a dog without letting the client and/or their Vets know if there was an accident that occurred at our shop. And if there was,... I would have offered to pay for the damages.
