We were looking for a sofa that will meet the needs of a family with 3 kids. We checked all local stores, Leon's had by far the best prices, so we decide to buy from them. We went to the store, and we were greeted very well. Sales people were friendly but not pushy. The sofa they delivered looks extremely solid, exactly what we wanted, and I'm not worried about how my kids will use it. Thanks!
Initially, there were a couple of issues with the delivery of my new furniture, but I contacted the store and the manager responded to my complaints very quickly. They solved the issues, were very apologetic and ensured I was satisfied with what they'd done to remedy the situation. As a store owner, I understand how important customer satisfaction is, and the way this store manager resolved my issue, was nothing short of professional.
WOW. Walked in to browse, and instantly attracted Sales Reps like flies to carrion. I assume they're on commission, which explains the behavior, but I felt suffocated by all the staff. They ignored my discomfort and followed me in lock-step throughout the entire show room. They DID NOT do the same for others, so maybe I should feel flattered, but the LASER FOCUS on me was brutal! Disclosure - I'm Asian. They ignored EVERYONE ELSE. Message to Leons - not ALL Asians are rich. Ok????
This is literally the worst Leons furniture I have EVER dealt with. The reason being is that the customer service here is horrible. I've bought several items from this location and each time I have not been pleased with the experience. I am never giving this location my business ever again.
