Very disappointed with your service. The way you treat your customers is not right. I bought a fridge at your store during the holidays. I paid for the delivery and the conversion of the doors. I was so surprised to receive the fridge without the conversion of the doors. Since then, I am spending so much on the phone to call you. You take an eternity to answer your calls. After months of trying to deal with a warranty claim finally the claim goes through and we were expecting delivery today between 8:30 am and 11:30 am. We receive a call from the delivery people that they are at our old address. An address we have not been at for the last 4 years keep in mind they have made deliveries to our home address less than a month ago.Then he calls us back at 1 to say it will be another 4-5 hrs & never shower up the entire day. Overall customer service is terrible. The staff look absolutely miserable and unfriendly. Return policy is a joke. It’s also very hard to talk to the customer representative who schedules the deliveries as she ever so sarcastically let’s you know that although you’re given a 3 hour window for delivery, you should be available all day... and gives attitude when you request that they show up in the scheduled hours. I absolutely LOATHE dealing with the Brick. Good luck to those who risk it.
Horrible! Just spoke to a rep from Cust Serv (now that Ive read the reviews, Im impressed she called me back!) I bought a chaise 2 years ago and got the extended warranty that covers the material (peeling, cracking...). The back of the chaise is peeling, so I called it in. Woman asked that I send pics, did so, she called back and said that it was peeling too much and the warranty was void. Excuse me? Why do you think I want it replaced? Makes no sense. Take your business elsewhere. I am!
