Very professional! Arrived the same day and had the parts on hand to fix my fridge right away. They even checked for any other issues for preventative maintenance. Highly recommend!
Unreliable and unprofessional - I had booked a service call a week in advance. The technician never showed, or called. I called the following morning to follow-up, the woman answering the phone confirmed that a technician was supposed to have come the night before, but did not apologize or reschedule the service call. She said she would get back to me within an hour. She never called back. I do not recommend this business.
I called this company to fix my fridge in May. Two days later, it continued to have the same problem. On the phone, the woman at the company told me they would charge a second service call fee as well as charge for labour and parts. When I argued that I shouldn't pay another service call fee when they never fixed my fridge, she hung up on me. When I called back later and told her I would complain online, she told me she didn't care. I filed a complaint at the BBB that they ignored.
They were very knowledgable and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my fridge. I was expecting them to schedule me in later in the week but they were at my house same day. Very friendly and easy to work with.
They came right on schedule and were able to diagnose the problem with our refrigerator within 10 minutes. The fridge had been fixed and they were done in less than 30 mins.
Upon reading the reviews on Ottawa Refrigerator Repair I called to have my fridge serviced as it no longer got cold and my freezer leaked. The lady and gentleman were EXCELLENT!! Same day service and within 5 minutes they found the cause and went immediately to get the part. They were in and out in no time. They are extremely knowledgeable about refrigerators and super-efficient! I'll certainly keep their number handy and highly recommend them!
This company was able to repair our digital refrigerator even though it was Good Friday, and I live about an hour and a half from Ottawa. Tamara and Marcel arrived at 11 o'clock and by noon they were done. Great service! Extended service hours (until 10 p.m. 7 days per week)! Very competent! Highly recommended! I will be using their service in the future.
Very fast response, two technicians came after another company said it wasn't possible to fix my fridge. They gave me three options to consider, and left me with a running fridge. I would not hesitate to recommend or use their services again! Thank you for your kindness.

Ottawa Refrigerator Repair never showed up for my scheduled appointment. They never called either to let me know. I definitely did NOT get the day/date wrong they just don't care.
I would advise people to stay away.
Unfortunately this review has not much information to support its claim. A search of our records indicate all appointments were met on this date. We have no records to indicate any history of this client. It is common in our industry for a client to call many services and get confused who was actually called. I called them for...
I called them for an admittedly cosmetic fix for the fridge - the door handle was coming off - but the receptionist was rather abrupt in telling me that they don't do that kind of thing.
As per our web site, We specialize in emergency service to most makes and models of
refrigerators having issues such as not cold, leaking water, intermittent operation, electronics
and noise. Unfortunately we do not do any trim patch work
