Our Waitress was AWOL the entire time, threw out...

Our Waitress was AWOL the entire time, threw out my leftovers (with chicken) instead of packing them up as asked, and then re-packaged it with only lettuce and a breadstick. Free refills? How about no re-fills at$2.50 a glass.

I read somewhere on the net that the nachos where the best in Ottawa. I decided to order only that dish and it was very good. So I ordered it again the following weekend and picked it up, with speedy friendly service. And now I'm going for the third time seeya!

My girlfriend lives across the street from...

My girlfriend lives across the street from Westgate, so we walked over for takeout. They said they were too busy to serve us!!! I don;t know how this place stays in business, and we have not and never will go back again.

I ordered a Ceasar Salad, they gave me a few peices of lettuce and drenched it in dressing. No croutons, no bacon, no nothing....AWEFUL.... I will never eat here again and I will diswade anyone who is thinking of eating here...

It's hard to explain why I like this place but I do. It's got a chain restaurant look with a local restaurant feel. Service was not great, food was not spectacular but I wasn't looking for that either. Just a nice place to have a meal with a friend or 2 and not have the waiters push the specials or sing. Just let you sit and talk. I'd go back for a draught or 2
