    My wife rented a Mazda 5 from Exclusive Car for a period of 32 days. Before the rental, they promised to match insurance rates. Bur they charged us $2,129.11! $60 plus tax a day with no car damage and no gas shortage! $25 plus tax a day higher than what our insurance company is willing to pay. I have talked with the owner and two managers. Four months passed, no results. it is really disappointing and frustrating!
