I purchased alloy rims and snow tires from Bay Auto Zone. It turns out they are NOT OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and the rear tires have 4 mm of tread. I trusted Bay Auto Zone totally. Big mistake. They now will not reply to my texts or emails.
I want all my money back. My advice: due your own due diligence. Careful Due Diligence!
All my family shops from Bayautozone, they are a good place to get a low millage car like almost brand new, I got my beetle from here 8 years ago and had no problem, then I bought a SLK with 6000 kilometers, I still have I it and enjoy it much, I also use the service shop, they have the best tire selection for summer and winter, and good prices, thank you bay auto zone!
the best place to buy your dream car, all my family and friends are customers of sales and service department of Bay Auto Zone. they only suggestion that I might have is please add more parking spots as you guys need more parking spots on your sales area. thanks
