We are a group of 6 food lovers. We love to explore restaurants and various cuisines.We heard a lot about this place so we thought of trying. It was a busy Saturday night . Although we had reservation for 7pm but we were made to wait for 20minutes.It was ok considering the line up was long and Manager was apologetic. We were offered complimentary snacks while we were waiting, I think Its a good gesture.The menu has a good mix.We were informed of their new inclusion" all time favourites" section in the menu. This features some of the all time populars like chicken tikka,bhel puri etc..Food arrived on time. It was flavourful meal. I think we had the best Butter Chicken ever(no wonder restaurant received an award for this dish).Nan bread was fresh. All our dishes had a unique flavour. The presentaion was good. An overall very satisfying experience.
I went there with my friend. The food was not good at all. Servers were too busy assisting big tables. No one was coming to our table. They got us wrong drinks. It is definitely not a good restaurant to go out with your date.
I went to have dinner with my family at host. There were four or five tables sitting and dining. Waiters were unfriendly. Our drinks didn't come on time. Our food came very late. Their shrimp biryani was very oily, and the rice were not cooked properly. The Naans were burned and the raita was too sour. We didn't enjoy our dinner at all. The overall experience was very bad. I will never go back.

We went here for a birthday last night for a 7pm reservation. We did not get out of the restaurant till after 10pm. It was not due to the great company or conversation (which was there), but in fact due to the poor level of service that we received. The restaurant was basically empty on a Monday night and it still took 45 minutes to get our food from appetizers to the main meal. The wait staff were not friendly, and it took alot to get their attention.
I have heard good things about the Host before this visit and that's why we decided to try them out. A good lesson in customer service is what the staff needs. Not even a good bye when we were leaving. The only kudos goes to the chef as the food was great. The portion size was small however.
Not expecting a buffet, but at least enough peices to not have to ration out. We had to keep ordering dishes, and our final bill came to over 300. I would expect a better experience for that.
The food was great but there were couple of things I didn't like. First the Naan is overburned and I have to removed the burned part. A couple of staff I didn't appriciate to enjoy, one was ignorning me to host me a table, and the manager seems to often ignore. I should try to Toronto area next time as the Mississauga seem to be more disappinted so far.
