Terrible experience, do not get your colour/cut done here
This was a terrible salon experience. My hair was done by Myra Jane, the "balayage" she did ended up with harsh lines throughout my hair. She denies that there are the harsh lines and defended her terrible work. I spent $375, and this was just all a waste of money. I absolutely do not recommend.
This salon has some of the worst customer service! The head stylist is rude and has no idea what she is doing. I asked her for one colour and it turned into a completely different family. As a professional, she should know how different hair types respond to colouring. On top of that, she would not fix it without charging me an arm and a leg! Other friends have also complained about their over the top prices, which don't even include a basic blow drying. You leave the salon with wet hair unless you're willing to fork over another large chunk.
WILL NEVER GO BACK!
