I was at the Family cirlce the day the "Breakfeast club" ate there. I must say that the family circle for starters has been serving the community of london for over 40 years and have expirence and expertise in the restuarant sector. They are the best restuarant for breakfeast. No one has competed with this restuarant they have the fasterst service in london, best quality, and above all treat you with respect and kindness. The day the breakfeast club ate was on a sunday which is the busiest day for breakfeast in any restuarant. As a customer we all have to understand that you cannot simply sit down and eat your meal then expect to be sitting at the same table for over a hour and a half which is what the breakfeast club did. Other customers are waiting to be seated and you would think that people would have the sense of inteligence to understand and not over stay there time. As a customer I understand that you cannot expect to eat and sit at the same table for over a hour and a half or else how would the restuarant make money? Above all the family circle dersrves a to be realized as a quality restuarant as they are picture perfect in my eyes
I have to say the family cirlce is probably the best restuarant i have been to. They have the fastest breakfast in town. They specialize in breakfast but what trully makes them better then any other restuarant is their service. At the family cirlce they treat you like family you feel warm and welcomed. They could be packed and have you in and out within minutes they are so fast! must try out there new Omega 3 eggs only restuarant in london to serve them! They also are the only place to have certified angus and on top of that they use kanola oil for their homefries! not only do you recieve fast service but also a healthy breakfast
I went to this restaurant with a group of friends from work, we call ouselves the Breakfast Club. While the waitress was wonderful, and the food quite good, the management is horrible. My friend called ahead and reserved as there were 6 of us on a busy Sunday morning, Sept. 7th. I was the first to arrive and the person that greeted me knew nothing about the reservation and did not check. I was a few minutes early so went back outside to wait for my friends. Another person from our group arrived and this time I asked him to check and gave him the name of the person who made the reservation. He seated us. About 4 minutes later, he came back, glared at us and looked at his watch and told us that we had exactly an hour as another party was coming in at noon. It was just 11AM and the rest of the party arrived at about 11:05. At 11:15 they cam to take our order. We enjoyed the meal and on the way out, one of our party tried to complain to managment and was met with a shrug, indicating that he could not have cared less that we were treated badly. I nor my friends will ever go there again.
We have a Breakfast Club once a month and rotate between different restaurants. Because of the larger number of attendees, I call ahead and advise of the number and time. Today, I and the others were treated with the utmost disrespect. Upon arrival, we were emphatically advised we only had one (1) hour to be seated at our table(s). No-one took our orders until 11:15 am. No-one (restaurant or otherwise) is going to tell me or others how long they will be allow to be seated to have a meal. The server of our table was very nice and accommodating. As for the upper management, they will not see me or the rest of the Breakfast Club at their establishment again. I will be sure to share this negative experience with friends and colleagues.
