One of the worst...
Attended this physio for over 2 months. Had nothing but bad experience. This physio strictly works for the WSIB or insurance companies, not keeping in mind that patients well being is more important than meeting quota.
The therapists treat patients like little kids, posting little stars, and happy faces beside the daily journal of activities.
In-house psychologist is not only very rude, but also devious undermining patient by putting the blame on patient if progress is not fast enough.
Therapists are just about the same as the psychologist, shifting blame on patients, using words such as: "patient is being capricious", " doesn't co-operate", etc.
I eventualy attended different physio, and it was the day & night difference. Therapists were understanding, carring, and very respectable. My health got much better, and I actualy enjoyed attending, and was looking forward to the next sessions.
Bottom line: LifeMark Physio: therapists have no respect for patients. There is no emphasis on patients recovery, only for quick bogus rehabilitation for quick results for the insurance/WSIB.
Thank you for providing us with this feedback. We strive to ensure everyone has the best experience possible at this clinic. I would like to take this opportunity to clarify that none of the therapists at the clinic work for any insurance company nor do they work for the WSIB. I would encourage you to contact the clinic directly if you require more accurate information about the services that we provide for clients and how those services are funded.
