Owner doesnt accept responsibility for hurting our dog. Brought him in and specifically said not to touch his ears. We bring him home to find his ears red and bleeding. Owners response was to imply he had an allergy, ok, but he didnt before so wouldnt that imply that your people touched his ears?
Its a week later and still red and bleeding. Dont bring your pet here.
I used they services over 2 years every 3 weeks i took my little dog to this place. once the raised a price about a year ago they told me and i agreed , than again after another year today on dec.19 .2016 i saw new employees when i tell them i want the usual stuff to do on my dog they really dont know what im talking about she went inside and after 5 min she came back she said no problem. they cut his hair very short and surprised me with a new price $22 dollars more what i normally paid.
This grooming salon and spa did an amazing job on my pet, has amazing staff and polite approach to their clients and always looking to give their clients and any new clients the best service available in the GTA. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to for a groomer for good value and amazing service.
