All around great shop. Having a luxury car it is difficult to find a mechanic that actually knows what they're doing. Kipling auto always completes the work in a timely matter and for a fair price. We are return customers; they have helped us out in very tight situations. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Terrible service. They have one mechanic with two left hands. He needed my advice how to fix my car!!!
Finally I lost my temper and drove to another shop! They even tried to charge me! Do not go there!!
Advice for future customers:
- ensure the description of the reason you came in is accurate on top of your invoice.
- accept only an invoice that breaks out in detail the cost of parts and labour (as it is required by law)
- as with any other mechanic, ask for your old parts back
