If your thinking of going to leons to get anything id reconcider its been nothing but a shitshow they delivered a broken washer to me, and now will not replace it or give any compensation towards having to take our laundry to a laundry mat. They also didnt seem to care when i told the manger that i was planing to buy all new applances and furnture there for my new house, not now ill go to rona they have good custmer service unlike leons
Its a great place to shop all your furniture, appliances and electronics. They have the best financing options and also efficient delivery.
THE worst location with the worst staff ever. All is well when they take your money but when it comes down to repairs, basic customer service or call backs they NEVER follow through. Blaine one of the managers knows exactly what to say and how to say it to make you feel like stuff is getting done but it’s all a show. They never have anything in stock, they are forever giving excuses and don’t take accountability for their screw ups. I will never come back to this location again! Horrible
Leon’s Barrie are very untrustworthy. Ordered a piece of furniture 6 months ago, fully paid and product still not in our possession. Keep being told 6-8 weeks more since January and yet their system doesn’t know when it will come in. Very bad, dishonest service.
Overall experience was refreshing Mustafa M. worked with us in getting the appliances we needed and the price to match, was very knowledgeable and friendly, made us feel confident in our purchases and aftercare was beyond expectations. Thankyou for your service Mustafa

Bait and switch company. Offers you the world and when you try and take them up on it all of a sudden nobody had any idea what you are talking about. Wouldn't buy a bucket of water from them if I were on fire.
Worst experience ever. Purchased a new fridge that was just delivered and not working well, Leon's refuses to do anything about it they want us to connect with the manufacturer. Biggest mistake ever buying at Leon's my advice run and spend your money elsewhere because your business is definitely not valued.
Dan and his team went above and beyond for me when my fridge broke down leaving myself (a single mom) and two children without any way to keep our food from spoiling. Despite COVID-19 which has everything on delay, Dan was able to pull the fridge I needed from the floor as he had an extra one in a different color. The staff went further to ensure the fridge was extremely clean, sterilized and delivered it next day. I cant thank them enough. Highly recommend!
Our love seat with pop out footrests broke after the first month. After repeated repairs not only is it broken...the other footrest on the other side is broken. A repairman sent a piece out for replacement and we never heard from him again. Also the couches in the showroom are much better quality than what you get delivered. I suffer from a disease where I have full body pain and I can tell. This company is great until something goes wrong. Stay away!
Besides waiting along time for a newly released item online. Service has been outstanding! Especially from the delivery guys!
I purchased a 3 piece living room set nearly 2 years ago. 1 month after the purchase we noticed stitching threads coming apart in all 3 pieces. Also staples were coming through the furniture bad enough that it cut my 2 yr. old grandchild. Scissor mechanism in the one recliner is bent and we have been unable to use. Contacted Leons several times and support was terrible and non existent. They fixed one arm and were supposed to return/never did. Final straw out of warranty. Never fixed it
