I’m blown away by this Salon’s enthusiasm and friendliness. Kristine worked with my hair and I trusted her to do her magic. And I absolutely love love my new hair style.

I can’t say enough about my amazing inverted bob by sharon! I had got a total botch scary hairy cut from one of those fast service salons unfortunately (my mistake) and sharon at universals siffted through every centemeter of my hair fixing something that seemed impossible to the extrodinaireee and still leaving me hair!!! Such an amazing cut and i somehow blessfully got in the same day my other appt that was suppose to fix it cancelled on me, it was a blessing in disguise ! Sharon!!!!!thankyou!

Five Out of Five Through and Through

Five stars out of five for sure. I saw Jessica at Universal Hair Studio and was very pleased to have someone deal with my curly locks in a professionally knowledgable, confident, and timely manner. The conversation was easy and pleasant, and my hair type was handled perfectly (rare for curls!). I had highlights and low-lights put in, as well as a colour wash to achieve some nice blending. I left smiling and I purchased one hair product, no more than what I needed; nothing was pushed sale-wise, and that was a nice reprieve at a salon as well. Thanks Jessica! I can't wait to go again soon.
