I have recommended Pac blue to colleagues in the past and brought them business but alas something has changed. They used to be good but I will never use them again due to their poor customer service, not just their sales rep but the manager as well. I guess they are just so busy they don't need more business? maybe we're not big enough and worth their time? Not sure, don't care. Thumbs down Pac Blue.
