My treatments are a unique blend of Shiatsu and CranioSacral Therapy, the deep and energetic combination of these two techniques restores the body's self-healing process. I focus on improving people's quality of life through restoring strength, flexibility and energy from past injuries, reducing the effects of emotional pain and stress on the body and increasing body awareness. I specialize in back and neck pain and alignment issues.
I offer a trusting and nurturing approach. I believe it is most important to listen to client's needs and to use an intuitive approach in detecting the underlying causes that conventional medicine can sometimes overlook.
