Buyers Beware.
For meetings, even though I double confirmed a meeting, scheduled a week ahead of time, with the VP of Client Services, he manages to be late. A man of that stature and experience, you think that he would respect his client’s time correct? He was an hour and seventeen (1:17) late to the meeting.
There was even a time where the associate claimed that the WHOLE design team was sick, so that we'd have to postpone a meeting. This company has very low professional integrity.
