Rondivills Kennels

All I have to say is thank god there is still a place that welcomes my boy Diesel. He's a pit bull and not all pet places take to kindly Becuase of stigma that comes with that breed. This place is awesome it's family run. And they live on the property so Its comforting to know that the animals aren't alone all night till morning. For someone who has a schedule that requires me to be out of town anywhere from 3 days to a week once or twice a month they have always been very accommodating.

Be careful on their price, their package price at $17 daily and next time sometimes becomes $20. I have be their customer for 4 month and they charged me the price they just decided without any notice.

I have been bringing my pets here for 10 years and we are all treated so wonderful at Rondivills. The girls are warm and welcoming and i have been able to go away without a care in the world because my babies are safe and happy.

Rondivills Kennels has provided satisfactory dog boarding to us for many years; unfortunately, the quality of service over the last few years has noticeably deteriorated. They no longer bother to ask for proof of vaccination. Favourite dog toys are not tracked and returned. Drop off or pick up after regular hours is refused. Cleanliness is no longer what it once was and our dog, clean and well groomed on arrival, has been returned with matted fur and smelling of urine, something that should never happen. Staff did not express regret and appeared nonchalant and uncaring. Much improvement is needed
