I had my wedding hair and makeup done at this salon recently and was very impressed with the service of hair and make up, as well as their modern styles. The salon was able to accommodate my bridal party of 5 with no problems and we even finished ahead of schedule. I did notice that the 2nd make up artist was not as experienced as the one I had. Other than that, everything was great. There is lots of street parking and they also provide other spa services. I would recommend this salon to any bridal party.
I booked in to get Bio Sculpture Nails done. The first appointment I made they ended up cancelling on me cause the girl apparently had food poisoning. I rebook in and got the worst nails I have ever had! I'm embarrassed to have them and when I went back to tell them about it they wouldn't reimburse me my money but said they would only fix the nails that needed to be redone. Apparently my time is worth nothing so wasting it is no big deal. I wasn't happy with the service or the follow up.
