My wife had a service and recall on her 2016 Ford Explorer and the back wheels where removed. No one in service told us. The lug nuts came loose and she almost lost the back wheels. The excuse I got was they where out of reminder tags to hang on the mirror when I called and asked about why the wheels came loose. The wife and have bought five new vehicles in the last six years at peace river ford. That day was an over all bad experience. The Receptioist needs to brush up on her people skills.
