    First time we took our puppy to a kennel. She had fun and was very happy.

    Unfortunately we took our dog here once and he was not well cared for. The woman was cranky and was a heavy smoker. When we picked up our dog we were overcharged, he was very dirty, shaking and in a dark crate in a very hot garage where all the dogs were panting heavily. There were also a lot of chemicals and spills throughout the area and we could smell the harsh fumes. Granted this was a few years back so perhaps things have changed but we would caution to check conditions ahead of time.

    Not sure who left this review, we are sorry you feel that way but this is very hard to believe as it does not describe our place. We keep a very clean kennel and dogs are not left in crates in a garage. As well during the summer we have fans to keep the place cool during the heat of the day.
