Horrible customer service, very rude owner. Wrecked my daughter's grad dress and wouldn't give me my money back. Took it in to have the the wrinkles steamed out of the skirt and they ruined the beading on the dress, then said it wasn't their fault. When I demanded my money back, was screamed at to leave the store. They should be paying for the whole dress. I had a very upset girl the day of her grad. Gave them a week to steam it and the day before the grad still wasn't ready. ??????
