Tues-Sat We Open At 7am And Close When We're Done,
Had my dog groomed a few months back and they did a terrible cut. Little tufts of hair sticking out all over. When I voiced my concerns the next time I was in, they refused to do my dog and said I was abusive. Bringing up and issue apparently is abusive and they can't handle bad comments about their work. A few months ago their debit machine wasn't working and would only accept cash. Funny how they are still using that story...and they can't seem to put a sign in the window...cash only??
I took my bichon to have a groom and she come back not looking good at all! I told her a #7 cut on legs and back. It looks like she was scalped! I ask for a rounded bichon look and got a mess! I dont understand why she did this if she is so experienced. Wont be back and am spreading the word!
