I have been trying to book appointment over phone, in person by visiting the center and online, but no one talks at the center. They keep the door closed. No one answers phone calls. Online booking is not available and they don’t attend applicant without appointment

I had few questions about surrendering indian passport and applying for Visa and was apprehensive about going to BLS office after what I had heard about the staff there. To my surprise on the contrary they were amazing, extremely helpful. I can't explain the stress i was going through since my tickets were booked and I didnt think about visa before.. but i am so grateful to the staff who helped me in the best possible manner.. I regret not asking the name of the lady agent who assisted me there.

Absolutely no customer service I cannot get hold of anyone by phone or email so we decided to drive 5 hours to the location. We were 30 mins before closing time and the lady refused to serve us saying that it is covid we are closing early. She would not give us any information. One of the worst customer service.
