The worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to! Half the time they are out of everything, and their coffees aren't made consistently, its like roulette every time I order the same coffee. And the wait?? Doesn't matter if you go inside or are in the drive through, it takes forever! I literally wasted my entire 1 hour lunch break in the drive through line up, how does that even happen in a fast food place?!
Staff were pleasant. I don't expect much from a fast food chain, and I have ordered the breakfast combo from A&W several times.. the food is consistent. This was my first experience at the TH location at Athabasca. The hash brown tasted as though it had been ordered the previous day, left out on a table for 24 hours, then re-heated and served to me. It was awful.
I’ve been here several times. Numerous times the wait is unbelievable and now this is the second time I have ordered a steeped tea 1 cream 1 sweetener and received a coffee. I do not even drink coffee. I don’t go back to tell them because I am already on the highway headed to Boyle! As someone who pays for something at a drive through you have to trust the people have your order correct. My lid even says ST so it is their mistake for putting in coffee!!!
