Great service at ACE Hardware formally known as TRU. Just built my retirement home here in Oliver on many occasions i would find myself making a quick trip up to the hardware store for various who knows whats, paint, screws, nails ,glue, sprinkler systems, timers etc.. My garage door opener unit failed on a Wednesday. I phoned the builder to inform him of the issue. Thursday a representative of Bobs Door Service showed up and reviewed the issue. Friday morning I had a new replacement unit installed. This Warranty issue was dealt with very professionally with polite and experienced staff. I have No issues whatsoever with the way the situation was handled. I can say they stand behind their work and products. It was a freak motor failure in the unit. Thx!! Read more
