Un service exceptionnel qui se doit d’être souligné. Il est maintenant devenu plutôt rare d’avoir un service à la clientèle qui est à la fois efficace et individualisé, ça mérite quelques lignes pour en jaser. Lors de mon rendez-vous, en plus de recevoir un service rapide efficace, on a su répondre à toutes mes questions et être à l’écoute de ce que j’avais vraiment besoin. J’ai réellement senti que je pouvais être en confiance et c’est ce qui fait toute la différence selon moi. Merci!
I did not get a chance to get the full service experience because my repairs were too urgent, so I had to go elsewhere, but the excellent service I received over the phone is worth mentioning. This is obviously a family business that cares about their customers! I will definitely go there for my next repairs!
