    The plumber was supposed to come between 10 AM and 12 PM. At 8:20 PM (more than 8 hours after the given time limit), the guy has not come. Every time I called him, there was a new excuse, getting sillier every time (more than 2 hours for dinner?). If he did not want the job, he should have just said so!

    Do not call them , do not waste your time. I booked and appointment a week in advance, took a day off. They didnt show up. I called several times and got a response that they are on their way. Finally they called me at 5:30Pm to confirm my location. I still accepted their visit. When the contractor figured the scope of work, he refused to come, he said that his boss never told him what to do
