I am an anglophone however spoke in French, the receptionist was not professional in answering the phone so I was trying to figure out if I had the right number, she was rude in answering my questions about their service And in her manner of saying that she could not hear me properly. It was really an unpleasant experience requesting information about their service on the phone.
