I am a psychotherapist in private practice (for more than 20 years), using a humanistic, ecological and holistic approach. I specialize in life transition issues across the age-span(children, adolescents and adults), with a particular focus on treating the anxiety that often accompanies these periods. I also have experience dealing with the trauma of childhood abuse and working with a First Nations and Inuit clientele.I have been a sessional lecturer in the School of Social Work at McGill University(since 1989) and have also taught in the Applied Human Sciences Department of Concordia University.
