Super Friendly dispatch service. Timely and courteous driver. Reliable company!

Had a very early pick up for flight (3.45 am). The driver was very courteous, polite and efficient. Also on time! Better service than Diamond, who past twice gave been late, have driven off and oddly were $4 more expensive for same journey. However the call operator needs a little more training for better customer service. Will use this company again.

14 avril 5am vers l aéroport. Le conducteur sendormait, a failli ne pas arrêter à la lumière ,sortie pour la 55ème avenue, et il y avait un gros camion qui  venait sur notre gauche. Nous avons du crier pour quil sarrête. Pire course de me vie!

How about zero stars. I called for taxi at 5:02pm from FV Mall where they have a stand located on the other side.5:22 I called back still no taxi.5:36 I'm explaining I have 4 kids with me and they are kicking us out of The Bay store. 5:50pm the taxi arrives takes a look at me and says he's not taking us as we are 5. Leaves me stranded with a 6 month old, 3 year old, 5 year old and 10 year old. No other choice but to walk to Chapters with wailing, frozen kids across a dangerous Blvd in -10 Temps
