I have been a customer for about five years now and i would not go any place else. We are so happy with the service and although they get busy and sometimes dont make it to my house on time they always aim to please. People need to understand that in this business mother nature plays a big part in scheduling appointments, when we are patient, they are more willing to work with us. I love pools by angelo.
Had a great experience with this pool company, saw them at home show,helped me with solar cover, a new pool filter,and installed it on time so i could open mid may!! THEIR PRICE BEAT 2 OTHER WINDSOR COMPANIES BY $250 AND GOT A BETTER BLANKET AND FILTER!! COULD NOT BE HAPPIER, VERY FRIENDLY AND GENEROUS TOOK MY FILTER AWAY TOO !! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS - TX POOLS BY ANGELO!!!!!!!!!!

Having worked in the building industry, I had the opportunity to work with several other pool companies locally over the past few years. Pools by Angelo did a great job when I was using them as a subtrade, so when it was time to invest in my own pool, I wanted them on my job. My pool install went as planned, they have been exceptional in the field as well as in the store. I HIGHLY recommend them!
Nevvvver in my life have I been so disappointed, to the point where I would make an account to warn others do NOT come to this business for pool services. A week a go I scheduled a date to have my pool open, come on that date (mind u i already paid 350$) they dont show so I called, and was told if they didnt show today they would be here in the morning.... and I called to confirm that theu would still be arriving and I was told yes... and guess what they didnt show! ! Ill be asking for a refund and be heading to a different pool service place. Youd think if u pay $350 for an apt they would at least show up on that specific date. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

We apologize for your bad experience with our company. With seasonal outdoor businesses its hard because there are many factors at play. Weather being one of them. Beyond that however, sometimes a pool opening could go smoothly but othertimes it takes us a lot longer. Our workers work all weekend long- even sundays and holidays to catch up on their work. We apologize for opening the pool late- as im sure you were eager to get it open but unfortunately its just the nature of the business. A small window of time in which we battle weather circumstances and many other circumstances. Although it may not have rained on the day of your scheduled pool opening, if it rained even 3 or 4 days before that- it impacts us tremendously. Again sorry for your bad experience. We work extremely hard to satisfy our customers.
After two hot tubs and many years of chemical purchases and service PBA abandoned me in the middle of a service call leaving me with a drained hot tub still in need of repair an concerned about remaining water freezing. Before abandoning the service about 5 - 10 minutes of actual work had been done. After repeated phone calls PBA failed to respond. 3 - 4 weeks later I get a payment request for $155. When I complained PBA agreed to an adjustment but did not make the adjustment as agreed. Complaints about the adjustment differing from the agreed amount have so far been ignored. I would only go back there to have them look out the window to see my next hot tub being delivered by one of their competitors.
