Very pleased with the customer service. I had the pleasure of speaking with Louie who took my call and had the issue resolved within the hour with positive results.
This company cannot be reached with questions regarding their product. The smoke alarms are a safety issue and if they cannot provide a customer support they should not run such a business in Canada. Have not seen a single positive review of their service sofar.
I was not able to use their website to report issues as it was not working. I called their customer service line, the woman I spoke to first tried to walk me through troubleshooting steps that I had already gone through several times on my own and repeatedly ignored the information I was giving to her. She was dismissive and unable to offer cogent explanations as to why she was not able to grasp the simple information repeatedly imparted to her.
Customer service doesn't exist, emailed twice and told getting a replacement and never did. Call after call, on hold 45min to an hour each time and never got through. Is it possible have a negative rating?
