We have had hard time making a decision on who to hire to handle our sale and purchase. Fuad was our third realtor, he was referred to us by a close friend, and I cannot thank him enough for all the work he has done. His great advise to declutter the house prior to sale and re-arranging the furniture has done magic. Daily updates, constant follow ups with buyers. House was sold for more than we have expected. Our purchase was also hassle free and $20,000 less of asking price, and gift of $2,000.
