Located just off highway 7, Sushi On 7 is a family-friendly restaurant that serves up sushi and other Japanese dishes. They offer catering and take out as well as having a full buffet for eating in. They're open late too.
I'm either dining here or picking up a takeout order every other day. The staff is fantastic, fast and always pleasant to me. Their sashimi is great, especially their salmon and their specialty rolls while not the best I've ever had are fantastic for their value. Especially if you are there for AYCE.
One thing that stands out to me the most, is the freshness of their sushi and sashimi and especially their avocado for an AYCE restaurant. I could live on their avocado rolls. I would love the specialty rolls more if it had less mayo in it, but once again, for the price and speed it's worth your dime. I am sure if I asked them to forgo the mayo they would in a heartbeat.
Take out orders are usually ready in 5-10 minutes and they are fantastic and making sure they got your order right. By far the best sushi place in Markham. A must visit if you are living in the area. This coming from someone who misses living downtown Toronto and having sushi every day, they are worth your time and money.

You get what you pay for! The sushi here is not the best, but for the price and all-you-can-eat, it is very good - probably the best all-you-can-eat sushi place in the GTA. They have a lot of variety and the food is fresh. The service was poor my first few times, but they have improved a lot - speaking to them in Mandarin helps. Regardless, the service is always fast.

- the orange "juice" was orange PUNCH
- this is a chinese restaurant and that just never does it for me. the servers had attitude even though service was prompt.
conclusion:
- not going to take my friends there but i'll still visit if everybody else wants to go
- going to continue to look for an ayce place to be proud of
