I had a really great experience with this moving company. When I called, Sheena was so nice and seemed to understand I was unsure of what I needed and led me through a series of questions. The movers that were sent out, Vlad and Max, were great. They wouldn't let me touch a thing, telling me they would take care of everything. They did. I had 3 companies quote for the move and Miracle won not because of price, there wasn't much in it, but because of the professionalism of the surveyor and office staff. This professionalism was also evident in the team that packed, loaded & delivered. I was gob-smacked by the speed at which they worked, not to mention the sheer physical strength required to move our library. And not a single breakage. Absolutely brilliant and highly recommended.
Our move was packing and moving of items for a relative into a retirement facility. We placed trust in your company to handle all items within the apartment (furniture, clothing, personal items etc.) Miracle exceeded our expectations (which were high) and made this experience less painful. You want the best, I got the best. I had two gentlemen moving my 2 bd apartment. Movers were extremely professional and attentive. He basically explained the whole process before getting started. Most of my stuff was already packed, but they took care of all the furniture. If you prefer them packing your stuff, make sure you let them know ahead of time, so they can have the proper materials. I think they took one 5 minute break, but they didn't stop. Fast, reliable and professional.
