I've been here and ordered out several times, and the food is NEVER consistant. Honestly, most of the time it tastes like canned sauce. Nothing to write home about. I've always had terrible service. My mother arranged for catering for her wedding shower and they called the day of and told her she would have to pick it up herself. When we showed up to pick it up we waited 20 minutes. My boyfriend and I had weekend passes to the Italian Festival, they told us we would have to go down to the office, get our cards punched, and get tickets, then give the tickets to the attendants, and then get bracelets to get in and eat. They told us we would have to do this for every meal, every day. What they neglected to tell us was that the office was closed on Sundays. So essentially our weekend passes were good for Saturday only and we couldn't get anything for Sunday. When we told the attendants this, they told us, "Too bad." After trying to hunt down anyone, my boyfriend got visibily upset and one of the attendants let us is for our meal. Everytime we go there it's a ridiculous run around. Service is basically non-existant and the food wasn't even worth it.
