July- scratched teh paint under the taillight. taillight popped out because there was no room behind teh assembly. wouldn't finish the electric brake installation - "not enough time to do it" and too complicated despite having talke dto us the week before.
Oct - rented a trailer but lights didn't work. Discovered that the wiring was rubbing against a moving part and had broken.
No response to the July issue and now we'll have to see if they respond to our followups.
