Poor customer service
When I told the florist I wanted a bouquet of flowers for graduation around $20+, she said loudly she doesn't make bouquets less than $20. Then I asked if she could make one for $25, she said she doesn't make one for less than $30 either. She told me to go to this big wholesaler as their price range and style would suit me better. At the end she said since she thought I must have just graduated recently and don't have that much money, she was only trying to save money for me. I was too shocked at her comment that I only said "thank you" and left. If I have to say what I like about the store, the staff working there was pretty nice and responded promptly to my questions, before the florist showed up.
