I would highly recommend McBride to anyone that needs any type of plumbing work. They were the first plumber I have dealt with that I didn't have to wait for a return call that never comes. On my first call my appointment was immediately scheduled with a 2 hour (not 4+ hours) window. Ken and his son arrived exactly when committed. This family business provides truly excellent service. We installed a new kitchen and needed plumbing services for the sink, dishwasher, and our Kangen water system. Ken and his son worked diligently, and clearly explained the services provided. The bill was also clearly itemized and the price charged was fine. Ken and his team completed a large project at our home requiring subcontractors and a sequential schedule. He and Shelly arranged for everything, tracked the job, completed his own plumbing requirements, all on time and within the quote. Quote was very detailed and he kept our family informed all along.
