Come savor a savory meal at Barrhead Pub & Grill. Come unwind at the bar with a cocktail. They are open late from Monday to Friday and are easily reachable by car.
I have no idea how this woman still has a business. Every time I have visited the Barrhead the owner has been knee-deep in pints as well as her husband. An absolute ludicrous way of running an establishment. They boast of fresh, local food but after a grimey bathroom experience and sneaking a peak in the kitchen; I saw frozen bags of food EVERYWHERE.

What a mix of "great' and "strange"! No menus available, and seemed to be serving only appetizers unless you wanted hamburgers and corn on the cob. Was this a barbecue? Picnic tables on the patio were hard to sit on BUT the jazz guitar was excellent, and the blueberry trifle outstanding. We will go back whenever there is quality music.
This place used to be a fighter/biker hangout with some atmosphere; the owners have tried to primp the image, but now it's just boring. Except for the tables overlooking the crick.
Food is straightforward burgs and other predictable freezer-dependant entrees, with good real chips.
