By far the worst customer service I've ever gotten. Talking to Steve Connor was like talking to an angry grandfather. Never in my life has someone been so incredibly condescending and rude. As a small business owner, myself, I could never imagine treating potential clients like this. If it's not a job that you can complete, it should come across as such, not rude and arrogant.
