This is the worst rental company I have ever used.
First they are not on the airport (which expedia negelected to say on reservation). We arranged an early drop off and shuttle back, when arriving there on the arranged time there was no one and we had to take a cab and ended up missing our flight due to the delays. After numerous phone calls they said it was our fault and not theirs!!! DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!!
Wonderful experience. They are cheap and very economical. The manager was very kind and helpful.staff was very polite and professional too . Free upgrade was offered .Will use this company again.
Awful experience. Was first told I didn't have a reservation. Then that a friend had called that day to cancel my booking. Was then told I made two bookings, one more expensive than the other and I had canceled the cheaper one (as if!). When I insisted to have my reservation honored, I had the worst service from the terrible manager. She would not let me opt out of the insurance (already covered on my Visa and own car insurance). She was just being difficult and confrontational. Never again.
Overall, it was a good experience. VERY friendly and polite staff, nice clean office, car was good, clean and the price was good. Conveniently close to the airport. Will return again.
