Horrible service. Was told my cars a piece of shit after going for a fuel filter replacement and the car was misfiring after running fine before going here. Mechanic closed the shop door on us after being paid and told us off . NEVER BRING UR CAR HERE!
My VW Golf would not start, so I had CAA give me a boost but since we are only in Collingwood for 1 more day, I was left to try to figure out what the issue was. I was called Import Auto Center and they were able to squeeze me in. They checked the car out and gave it a clean bill of health, and did not overcharge by replacing the battery or alternator which I was happy with. I appreciated them being able to get me in quickly and provided me with peace of mind. Thanks very much for your help.
Have relied extensively on Toms work and opinion. I trust him and have never been disappointed. Six members of my family use his services. Some of our cars are older Subarus and Toyota Rav 4s, and others are new Subarus which are still under warranty.
