I moved in 1-363 Clare Avenue September 1, 2010. Great area, reallly nice apartment with good looking suites. As winter set in the cold took over. It didn't matter what I said to the manager, whether I asked nicely, firmly demanded, he refused to raise the temperature in my suite. For a month it was a literal "Igloo" in my suite. Finally I called Sussex reality who seemed quite happy to help. By the time a maintenenace person came to check it out the manager had increased the heat up to room temperature and I was given heck for phoning Sussex reality too much. I am angry that this gentlemen can get away with giving me a bad name with my landlord and making me look like a fool as well.
I just hope he behaves himself when does maintenance jobs inside my suite when I'm not home!
