Great Clips Scott Road Centre

Couple of days ago I was there for the first time and I really liked the place.Everything under one roof EXCELLENT CUT, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXCELLENT STYLIST COMMUNICATION SKILLS.I would highly recommend this to all my friends and family.Thank you so much for doing such a wonderful haircuts and service in the community.

Horrible chops!!!!

I originally went to this salon mid-November last year, 2012. I had a terrible experience; my hair was cut way too short and not even the style that I asked for. I wrote to them about it. I soon got a call from the salon's manager, who apologized, and offered to do my hair herself for free, when I was ready for my next haircut. Seven months later - that was how long it took for my hait to grow back from the original chop - I went to see the manager to have her cut my hair. It was June 29 this year, 2013 - a couple of weeks ago. I came in with a picture and was really hoping that the manager would be more competent. The result was even worse than in November!!!! The back didn't blend in with the sides and it looked like someone had just haphazardly went through the hair with a pair of hedge trimmers - blindfolded!. It looked like the bottom of a used broom - and of course, nothing like the picture I brought in. I had to go to different salon - an independent one - to have my hair fixed two days later!!!! But I still have to wait for several more months for this bad haircut to grow out before I can actually have a decent haircut again. I am writing this review let you know how horrified I am from the two experiences I had with this salon. Two times in a row and sooooooo bad?! What are the chances? Great Clips? More like Horrible Chops! If you care about your hair, don't go there!!!!
